This powerful, unique and gentle 5th Dimensional healing technique facilitates self healing on all levels by clearing, opening, expanding and realigning. With all the earthly and universal shifts that are happening this technique will assist you in aligning and adapting with them.
It begins with a guided journey to enable you to go into deep relaxation, a place where you feel safe and peaceful, so healing can take place. Work is then done on the main chakras/energy centres and other key points on your body, acting as a conduit, allowing pure loving Divine energy to flow in.
