This is a monthly gathering in a mediation circle of like minded young adults…an evening filled with peace, compassion and unconditional love in a safe and tranquil environment at the Den.

We will commence the evening with a group meditation to centre, ground and unite our energies. Afterward there will be open discussion allowing the collective group consciousness to guide the topics and conversation.

Occasionally we will have guest speakers on topics such as the Ascension Process, Angel Communication, Spiritual Intuitiveness and more.

The intention of this meditation circle is to provide a safe and harmonious space for young adults to express themselves with freedom and no judgment. There is plenty of opportunity to share, gain insights or simply participate quietly in the healing energy of the meditation circle.

The evening will end with a short meditation to seal the gathering.

Kumail works at the Den and has a passion for spiritual growth through meditation. He draws from a background as a Yoga Teacher and Thai Massage Therapist as well as enlightening personal experiences and participating in workshops at the Den and other spiritual centres. He just recently completed Reiki Level I and plans to pursue all levels.
